Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. A cancellation fee of $35 will be applied to your credit card for each room reserved. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for 50% of the reservation total, unless the room can be rebooked. For cancellations within 48 hours, guests are responsible for the full booking amount. There will be no refunds for shortened stays. Special events may be not refundable. Please check your confirmation and please purchase insurance if you have reason to be concerned about canceling your trip.
You will be staying in a 4 story, 19th Century Victorian townhouse, with the guest rooms on the top two floors, and will need to negotiate either two or three flights to get to the guest accommodations. There is no elevator, so please consider that in the size and density of your luggage. If stairs are a problem for you, please inform us upon making your reservation so we can reserve a room for you with as few stairs possible.
